Children and adults gathered around a table at a book event, with a sign that reads 'Free Books,' in what appears to be a school or community center hallway.

Help bring the joy of books to local children.

Volunteers help make Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library possible for thousands of children and families across our community. By giving your time, you can help connect more children with free books delivered right to their homes each month.

There are many ways to get involved. At-home opportunities may include reaching out to families when books are returned or helping with other program needs. In the community, volunteers can help families enroll in the program, represent the Imagination Library at events, and spread the word to families with young children.

Whether you have a little time to give or want to get involved regularly, your support can help more children discover the joy of reading.
